The above quote is simply spot on for today’s post, as I dealt with the residual effects from a recent bout of anxiety. Thankfully, it is not an ongoing issue like it once was, and I have a great support system to help me cope with it swiftly and effectively. That said, it has left me with what can only be described as an emotional hangover, but today’s gratitude list really does help deal with this. The three things I am grateful for today are:
- The safe return of my daughters and their dad from their vacation. I was happy and relieved that they had a fun trip together, and I was very thankful and relieved that they had a safe and smooth flight back home, It was a warm welcome home indeed!
