Two Years. . .

Two years ago today, with great trepidation and excitement, I published my first blog.  As I think back on that fateful moment and all that has transpired over these past two years, I cannot wrap my brain around everything that I have seen, heard, felt, and done.  Some of these experiences have made their way into this blog, while other stories have gone untold.  It still humbles and surprises me that friends and strangers alike take the time to read what spills out of my mind, heart, and baby soul onto the screen.

I cannot begin to thank you all enough for the kindness and support that you have given me, and I am grateful beyond words that you continue to read about my little dog and pony show.  While writing is therapeutic and enjoyable for me,  truly I receive the greatest satisfaction and joy when someone tells me that I met one of my three goals for this blog-to encourage,  educate, or entertain at least one person.  I don’t always hit the mark, but I do always write as genuinely and honestly as I can.  The day I stop writing from an authentic place is the day I stop writing.

Even after all of the stories, I have shared, I have more to tell.  So, thank you for two amazing years, and here’s to the stories that have yet to be lived and shares.

That’s another story.  . .
